Body Shape

I was browsing through InStyle.com and came across a section called
"Look your best this summer- clothes for you!" .
What you do is put in your measurements, hips, waist and bust...then they tell you what your body shape is, along with some outfits that flatter that particular shape.
This was great for me because I was never aware of what my body shape was since I'm so petite.
I love it.

Soo cool!!! This was found on Freepeople.com ...We love how the outfits are so simple and easy.
AND different pieces come together to change the outfits each time, very inspiring :)

Beach Babe

It's finally summertime, and time to hit the beach!
With that being said, NOW is the time to look stylish while doing it.

Things to wear:
- cute cover ups/ sarong
- bangles
- big floppy hats
- a nice long necklace
- sunglasses
- headband/scarf
- hoop earrings
- fun nail polish colors!

The beach is not a place to cake on dark makeup so try an alternate route and use:
- a tinted moisturizer(with SPF) in place of foundation
- light brown, blue even violet waterproof eye liners
- anything with shimmer, it helps make you look more awake because it catches the sunlight
- waterproof mascara
- tinted lipstick which can also be used as a cheek stain!

Sky Eyes

Bright shadows and blue liner are in for summer, just remember if you do a bold eye, do a more natural lip and blush.
Check out this Estee Lauder eye shadow pallet and the Shu Umura eyeliner. Pair some intense blue with the bronzer shades to tone the look down. Blue looks great with any color eye.

Baptized By Fire

For many of you Brody Dalle fans.... you've probably already heard/listened to her new band, Spinnerette. The song "Baptized by Fire" is one of the best songs I've heard in a while! I literally could listen to this song on repeat for a full day (ok maybe not that extreme). The sound reminds me of The Distiller's Coral Fang album but a lot more experimental and soothing. Taking it to the next level. And the harmonizing throughout the song is amazing.
I was skeptical about Spinnerette at first, but i must say, from the few songs i've listened on this record so far, i'm very impressed with!! :)

These clothes are Chick by Nikki Hilton. I believe this collection is older but I love the style of these outfits. They remind me of a deck of cards, kind of like Alice in Wonderland. They also are very All American/nautical theme.
